FAQ

The ones we get first.

How do you typically start an engagement?

A short discovery call to understand the brief. From there, a scoping piece sized to the work — anything from a half-day review to a couple of weeks of structured discovery. Fixed-price or time-and-materials from there, your call.

Do we have to switch to ArcGIS, or can we stay on what we've got?

Stay on what you've got. We work daily in both Esri and open-source stacks and don't push one over the other. The right stack is the one you can defend in three years.

More on the GIS consulting and deployment page.

We've an InfoPath estate to migrate. What does that look like?

Audit first — what's in there, what's still used, what logic is worth keeping. Then a like-for-like replacement on an offline mobile and web platform with approvals, escalation and a real audit trail. Integrates with SharePoint and Microsoft 365. No per-user SaaS fees.

Detail on the digital forms page.

Do you work with our existing development team, or take it end-to-end?

Either. We've slotted in alongside in-house teams as a focused geospatial extension, and we've taken projects from blank page to production. Whatever fits how your organisation works.

Who owns the code, models, data and pipelines?

You do. Source in your repo, models and weights handed over, pipelines runnable without us. If you part ways with us, another team can pick it up.
